Setting out parcel boundaries is the marking of parcel corner points using boundary markers (wooden stakes, metal pins, anchors). Each boundary marker has a unique ID within Ukraine. Staking is performed based on the state cadastre and documents confirming land ownership. The customer provides a state act, certificate or lease agreement; coordinates are taken from the State Land Cadastre and set out on the ground with ±1 cm accuracy.

Typical cases when staking is required:

— reorganization of existing land use and ownership;
